Use this form to order pieces from our gallery by providing your name, email address, and phone number as well as a brief description of the piece or pieces you wish to purchase in the first box.
An invoice for your purchase will be sent to your email address via Paypal. Shipping within the Continental United States is generally $8.00 to $15.00 and will be included on your invoice. Shipping insurance is recommended.
